NEW CAPREOL HAUNT BORN OUT OF FIRE!

CAPREOL, ON- The Northern Ontario Railroad Museum and Heritage Centre (NORMHC),
along with Northern Screams, has created a new interactive and immersive Halloween
attraction that will be open to the public starting Friday, October 2 until October 31,
2020. The event will run from 6pm to 10pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, as well as,
Saturday matinees from 2pm to 6pm. All events will take place at the museum’s Heritage
Centre located at 59 Young Street in Capreol, Ontario.
Inferno 6077: Born Out of Fire is a fully produced theatrical drive in style haunt that promises
to deliver the same intense scares as the Terror Train 6077, which has been derailed due to the
COVID 19 pandemic. “Robby Lavoie, the creative mind behind the event, pitched this new
COVID 19 safe experience for fans of the Terror Train 6077” said Stu Thomas, President of
the NORMHC board of directors. “We are excited to offer this new experience and look
forward to welcoming guests back to the museum for the Halloween season.”
Inferno 6077: Born Out of Fire was written by local writers Mat Del Papa and Lisa ColemanBrown.

“The production tells the story of Wild Bill, a volunteer firefighter, trapper, and
arsonist who was bullied his whole life, and a community who seeks revenge” said Lavoie,
owner of Northern Screams. “Think of this event as a drive-in horror movie combined with an
escape room experience.”
Tickets are $65.00 per vehicle ($13.00 per person based on 5 seats) plus box office fees, and
are available online at normhc.ca or by using the Haunt Pay App. Guests must remain in their
vehicles throughout the entirety of the experience. Guests in each vehicle must be from the
same social bubble. COVID 19 procedures and protocols will be posted and followed. Please
call 705-858-5050 or email info@normhc.ca with any inquiries.
